Blue Suede Shoes is one of the rock-and-roll standards. Written and first recorded by Carl Perkins in 1955 and considered one of the first rockabilly songs. Elvis Presley recorded “Blue Suede Shoes” in 1956.
Slow Down was written and recorded by Larry Williams in 1957. The Beatles covered this in 1964 and this version inspired Jesters to the Left. Here’s a take from rehearsal:
